General use cleaners are typically used in a daily, mop & bucket or automatic scrubber application.  Our Fresh 7 product is specifically formulated to provide a streak-free floor with no detergent residue.  Hi-Con is intended for deep scrubbing floors prior to re-coating floor finish.  It is also an excellent "spray & wipe" all purpose cleaner.
